Repair Policy
When Zen Computing Solutions,LLC. is authorized to perform repair and/or service, we assume no liability and provide no warranty for repair services provided. Our customers will be asked to agree to the following:
- Upgrading and/or service to any computer may void the original manufacturer’s warranty.
- Customers are responsible for backing up any and all data that is stored on their computers prior to being serviced. Zen Computing Solutions,LLC. is not responsible for any data transfers and does not guarantee the integrity or validity of data transfer at the time of any service.
- Zen Computing Solutions,LLC. is not responsible for any problem that another vender’s software causes to the system.
Zen Computing Solutions,LLC. reserves the right to modify and or alter this repair service policy at any time without notice to the customer. © 2007
